Since 1999, Salesachievers, Inc. has supported the real estate and mortgage industries. Over 10,000 real estate and mortgage professionals have participated in our sales training or marketing solutions.
In the beginning we used instructor-led classroom training and live seminars to teach real estate agents how to improve their selling strategies, interpersonal communication skills and cofidence. As the Internet became a major force, we realized it was a new frontier that could change the way we connect with people and share information.
As the Internet grew into the place where people networked together, we capitalized on this opportunity by building virtual communities. We built our first online community for mortgage brokers. Unlike most mortgage brokers who wait for your referrals, mortgage brokers in our active community want to help you create them. They teach real estate agents in their local communities how to use our web-based marketing strategies to increase sales without increasing advertising.
Presently, we are building our next virtual community for real estate agents. The community, called One Door, teaches real estate agents how to use the Internet to find prospects and close more sales. Unlike most marketing firms that make you believe you need a Ph.D. to understand the Internet, our goal is to show you it’s not rocket science and it doesn’t need to cost a small fortune either.
Surprisingly, our staff is not tech-geeks. We are a team that enjoys the game of marketing. We’ve discovered that the Internet has more to do with building relationships than it does with actual technology. We only implement tools that the general public can easily learn to use. If it’s too technical for us then it’s probably not worthwhile.
